The staff was amicable, and the service was friendly. The location of the hotel was peaceful, in the indoor water park. After long day I visited Guinguette Charly for a couple of drinks.

The room was clean and bright with private bathroom. A microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators were available. The workers were pleasant.

Liked our very comfortable stay there a lot. Everything was excellent, though we stayed for 2 nights only. The room was neat and perfect with balcony and kitchenette plus table and chairs, had a good night's sleep;))

Well, it was an EXCELLENT stay for a vacation. The personnel was amicable and nice as expected. We walked everywhere, the location was marvellous and excellent, near a green area.

Everything was very good, magnificent location not far from restaurants, fantastic water & zip line activities and rural France, very relaxing experience. The staff were very very helpful and made me feel comfortable. The free parking was onsite, welcoming service.

We loved the comfortable self-contained apartment, equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was a nice touch, and the kitchen facilities were great. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful town of Jonzac. The free amenities in the kitchen, like washing tablets and towels, were a bonus. The wifi worked well, and the Jonsac area is ideal for a holiday. a perfect stay!

It was a comfortable stay for a vacation. The location was marvellous, in the indoor water park, convenient to go everywhere. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

During our Easter stay, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings of the hotel and the comfortable accommodations. The property is conveniently located near a village which offers easy access to shops and other amenities. We also appreciated the free parking which was available on site. the apartment was equipped with a television and a fully-functioning kitchen, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The one downside of our stay was the poor wifi signal which made it difficult to use our devices. This was frustrating but did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Great amenities, spacious and well-equipped kitchen, helpful reception staff, luxurious and tasteful furnishings, comfortable bed and shower, splendid breakfast.

This hotel is a great base for exploring the surrounding areas. Located close to the Euro Tunnel and within walking distance to the centre of town, it offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment. The indoor water park is a great place to relax, and the staff are responsive to issues raised. The rooms are clean and come with a balcony, while the breakfast is decent with a good choice of options.

Some aspects of this hotel could be better.

We loved this hotel near the waterpark, casino and shops. It provided free parking and easy access to the Euro Tunnel. The cleanliness level was fantastic, and the facilities were top-notch. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast offered a fantastic continental selection. We enjoyed spending our days at the indoor water park.

Nothing to mention.

The spacious balcony with outdoor furniture was the icing on the cake of this holiday stay. The staff was helpful, responsive and accommodating to any issues raised. The free use of the swimming complex was a bonus and the nearness to local events was top-notch making it the best base for travel around the area.

The lack of shopping within easy walking distance made it slightly inconvenient. The cleaning during the stay must be done by yourself, and the towels not being changed could be an issue for some.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The location was fantastic, with the hotel being near an indoor water park, which I had free access to during my stay. Additionally, there was a casino right next door where I enjoyed a delicious al fresco meal and some French red wine. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was splendid. a truly enjoyable experience.

One negative aspect was the lack of taxi availability in the area, making it difficult to go shopping or sightseeing without a vehicle.
